Recipes You Can Try
This week, for our GIT IT content, we provide copies of the recipes for juicing, smoothies, and pudding Josephene Brown and Karen Clay shared during the last Wednesday workshop of the Optimal Health Ministry 21 Day Mindful Journey. Try them out and see how you like them! They all are quick and easy to make with a juicer and/or a blender. Even a Ninja Bullet or other “portable” blender will work, thereby enabling your to implement these recipes in your work environment.
