Hang Drum Music Video

This week’s GIT IT content invites you to slow down…. take a few moments…. to breathe…. contemplate, meditate, center your spirit. We all know the power and purpose of meditation. Many of us have meditation as a daily practice while some of us are “hit and miss!” This video may be a little different but listen to it and see where it takes you. 

The instruments played in this video are PanArt Hang (pronounced “hun”) drums and are related handpans. The PanArt Hang was invented in 2000 in Bern, Switzerland by Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer. It is related to the Steeldrum from Trinidad and the word “Hang” means “hand” in Berndeutsch.
